I had the privilege of going to visit my childhood home of Atlanta, GA not Marietta or  Jonesboro, but Atlanta!!! Atlanta natives will know why I said this!

Atlanta is a different town, than the town I grew up in SWATS all day!! SWATS RAISED, BUCKHEAD EDUCATED! Atlanta will always have a special place in my heart. It is Southern Charm, with city finesse. The food is impeccable, but the street art is amazing. This will be a series as I only had a chance to go to the Southeast side, because I was there to see my friend’s beautiful daughter dance her heart out in her final youth dance recital, and she did just that, she was AMAZING!

When I come to Atlanta my two favorite places are http://www.Pappadeaux.com and Cafe Intermezzo. Pappadeaux has some of the best New Orleans style seafood and cafe Intermezzo has no shortage of delicious desserts, give them both a try.

This visit’s artwork was concentrated in the South East section of the city, I have to be honest it is a changing section of town and not the safest, but the artwork was worth the visit.
